Service Tickets & Online Payments

Hey Everyone -

It's that time of year again; we're almost full! To make things work a little more smoothly, we are asking everyone to put their maintenance requests in writing so that we know exactly what is going on and the best way to make your home more comfortable.

You may email us at cityview@greystar.com or you may put service tickets in at www.innercircuit.com when you go online to pay. We also have a table set up by the leasing desks with blank work order forms that you may fill out and give to one of the leasing professionals when you swing by the office.

If you haven't set up your online payment account, you may do so at www.innercircuit.com by setting up an account with your check routing number. You will need to choose Virtu Management and City View Apartments when you are setting this up.

We're so glad you're here; please keep us updated on what we can do to make your home the very best that it can be!

Pay On-line!

Hey everyone!

We hope your summer is going well. It's flying by here in the office; you're probably noticing a few new neighbors. :)

We have recently implemented a new way for you to pay your rent - it's super convenient if you're out of town!

Visit www.innercircuit.com and set up an account with your check routing number. You will need to choose Virtu Management and then select City View as your community.

It will take us just a little bit to activate your account (you'll have to wait until we get back in the office if you set it up after office hours) and then you'll be good to go!

Keep checking in for some resident events and have a super, great summer!

To sign up:
1. Click on the sign up page
2. Create your account
3. As soon as a manager approves and activates your account, you can pay online.

Some new updates for ya......

So as of today (3/10/2008). We have gone back to our normal business hours. Mon-Fri 9-6. Weekends have remained the same.

We have two new staff members. David Ramirez Our new Lead Maintenance and Juan Estrada Assistant Lead. We are happy to have both of them here with us and look forward to having their combined experience at City View.

Very soon there will be someone here to fill my position (the guy in the office). I am heading off to another sister property in early April. So I will probably be leaving City View in late March. I will miss all of you. It has been my pleasure serving you.

St. Patricks Day is my Favorite!!!!

What do you do on St. Patrick's day? Are you one of the people that run around pretending to be Irish? Well as for me I am secure in that aspect. My last name is Hurley which is derived from the Irish name O'Hurley. The O was dropped when we came to America. I know what you are all thinking to yourselves "are you related to Elizabeth Hurley?", "did you come up with the clothing line?" and the answer to both is........ Absolutely!!! LOL. No I am not but it would be awesome.

This St. Patty's Day I am headed to the Thirsty Nickel downtown on 6th and Trinity. They are giving all the residents here at CityView an awesome drink special. All day, beginning at 7 a.m. and going thru midnight, all CityView Residents will receive $2.00 well drinks and Domestic beers!!! This is an awesome deal. All that you have to do is tell the bartender you are with CityView. It's that simple. You don't even have to be Irish.

So be sure to stop in and bring some friends. It will be a lot of fun. Plus you might even get lucky enough to meet last seasons Bachelor!! (Sorry fella's).

March 17th St. Patricks day The Thirsty Nickel on 6th and Trinity. Oh and don't forget to wear your green.

I will See you there.

O'Hurley out.....

Hmmmmmm.......

Anyone there? Sometimes I wonder if when we post these, if any of our residents actually read them. You know? We send a monthly newsletter, have resident events and post everything on our website. Is all of this in Vain? Because we never hear anything back from y'all.

Here is my plan this month. A challenge, if you will. If you read this post or the newsletter I am going to insert a code word. If you come by the office by February 4Th and say the code word to me or any other associate you will receive a little something. Just to see if your paying attention.

Also I will be sending out a short resident information sheet that will ask a few update questions for our system.

We want to know what you guys think. Without your input we have to go on our own assumptions. And everyone knows what happens when you assume something!

The Code word is: The Blue Bird Fly's

So drop by. This will be fun and it also let's us know that our effort is not going unnoticed..Roger that..

A new Voice to an old song

Hey It's Joshua a.k.a The Guy In The Office. Well maybe everyone knows me from the office or my infamous newsletter (right?) "The View". So now I am going to be speaking with you here on the website also. On a weekly basis I will be hopping on here to give you guys and gals a glimpse into the wonderful happenings here at City View and also just some random thoughts.

Now to business. We would all like to welcome our new Maintenance Supervisor Joshua Salinas to the crew. Josh came in with a lot of experience and a great work ethic. It is a pleasure to have him aboard.

A huge shout out to Darriene Dorazio and Aflac for their time, money and effort they donated to all of the people that had renewed within the last 4 months. Although only 1 of the 37 apartments we invited showed, we greatly appreciate their willingness to sponsor that event. They even gave away a free DVD player. So once again thank you Darriene & Aflac.

So on to the Water malfunction. WOW!!!! What a catastrophe. To clear the air up a bit. It was a main line that burst and was completely underground without any sign of where it was coming from. So they had to dig it up to try and find it. To our residents. You guys are awesome. Your understanding towards the entire scenario was beyond belief. Major thanks from the whole team goes out to you. Residents like yourselves are what make this job so fantastic. Thank you.

That's it for now. See y'all next week. Unless I get bored, then I'll post some random thoughts.
P.s. If you don't already. Be sure to read our monthly newsletter that is sent to your door for more info and some other fun stuff

Hurley out....
