City View would like to congratulate Nancy Devens for winning the City View Halloween contest. She guessed that there were 496 candy corns in our glass jar. She was amazingly only one off; a total of 497 canides were actally in the jar. We had four guesses of 500 candies that were very close. Thank you to everyone who participated.
