Have you seen our new pool furniture?? As part of our Extremely Made-Over Grand Re-opening, we have installed brand new pool furniture for your enjoyment at our swimming pool and lounge area. As soon as the sun comes out, (and we hope it will soon!) we hope you will spend some time relaxing at the pool and having some fun in the sun. Also, you'll notice two new gas grills at the pool area. So take some time for yourself and plan a day lounging at the pool and barbeque with your friends, family and neighbors. Enjoy!!

We have great movies available for you to check out for free! Please stop by the clubhouse and pick out a new released movie for your watching enjoyment. What a great convenience to have a DVD library available to you close to home. Saves you the rental fees, late fees and the gas for the trip to the movie rental store. Our library of movies will be growing every month. Pick up some popcorn from our internet cafe while you're here. See you at the movies!

Dear Residents,

Please join us for our monthly neighborhood watch meeting on Wednesday, August 1st at 6pm in the clubhouse. This meeting will be hosted by your management team, Americore and The Austin Police Department. At this meeting you will learn helpful crime prevention tips. We also hope to raise awareness within the community. Pizza and sodas will be served. Please join us! We would love to see you there!

It is recommended that you become acquainted with your neighbors, and stay alert to any suspicious activity. It is a good idea to keep your car doors locked at all times, and be sure all windows are securely closed. Removing enticing items from your car interior is a good theft deterrent. When walking within the community, it is suggested that you be accompanied by at least one other person with whom you are familiar, and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.

If a crime is suspected, occurring, or needs to be reported, PLEASE DIAL 911 TO CONTACT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY. After first calling the police, please report all incidents to the Management Office or appropriate onsite personnel.

We are striving to create a since of community for our residents at City View. If you or someone you know has a knack for event planning, please contact Prima Womack, our Community Manager, with your interest. We are actively seeking a Resident Relations Team. Please email your name and resume (if possible) to cityviewmgr@greystar.com. This team will be responsible for planning a monthly calendar and hosting scheduled resident activities. This position will require a time commitment of 20 hours per week. In exchange for your service, the Resident Relations Team will receive a substantial rental discount. We look forward to seeing you in the clubhouse at our upcoming events. It is our pleasure to serve you and our commitment to offer you quality customer service.
