Hmmmmmm.......

Anyone there? Sometimes I wonder if when we post these, if any of our residents actually read them. You know? We send a monthly newsletter, have resident events and post everything on our website. Is all of this in Vain? Because we never hear anything back from y'all.

Here is my plan this month. A challenge, if you will. If you read this post or the newsletter I am going to insert a code word. If you come by the office by February 4Th and say the code word to me or any other associate you will receive a little something. Just to see if your paying attention.

Also I will be sending out a short resident information sheet that will ask a few update questions for our system.

We want to know what you guys think. Without your input we have to go on our own assumptions. And everyone knows what happens when you assume something!

The Code word is: The Blue Bird Fly's

So drop by. This will be fun and it also let's us know that our effort is not going unnoticed..Roger that..

A new Voice to an old song

Hey It's Joshua a.k.a The Guy In The Office. Well maybe everyone knows me from the office or my infamous newsletter (right?) "The View". So now I am going to be speaking with you here on the website also. On a weekly basis I will be hopping on here to give you guys and gals a glimpse into the wonderful happenings here at City View and also just some random thoughts.

Now to business. We would all like to welcome our new Maintenance Supervisor Joshua Salinas to the crew. Josh came in with a lot of experience and a great work ethic. It is a pleasure to have him aboard.

A huge shout out to Darriene Dorazio and Aflac for their time, money and effort they donated to all of the people that had renewed within the last 4 months. Although only 1 of the 37 apartments we invited showed, we greatly appreciate their willingness to sponsor that event. They even gave away a free DVD player. So once again thank you Darriene & Aflac.

So on to the Water malfunction. WOW!!!! What a catastrophe. To clear the air up a bit. It was a main line that burst and was completely underground without any sign of where it was coming from. So they had to dig it up to try and find it. To our residents. You guys are awesome. Your understanding towards the entire scenario was beyond belief. Major thanks from the whole team goes out to you. Residents like yourselves are what make this job so fantastic. Thank you.

That's it for now. See y'all next week. Unless I get bored, then I'll post some random thoughts.
P.s. If you don't already. Be sure to read our monthly newsletter that is sent to your door for more info and some other fun stuff

Hurley out....
